Download the Mac DMG

The app download is in GitHub Releases. Download SP-1 Utility.dmg, open it, drag SP-1 Utility into Applications, then launch it from Applications.

What it does

The app bundles the local processing engine, keeps prepared tracks organized, and shows transfer status you can actually read.

Prepare

Add songs or four-stem folders, set BPM, and create SP-1-ready output.

Prepare screen with song and stem import controls

Library

Review prepared tracks, play the preview mix, and check individual stems.

Upload

Build an album plan, watch SP-1 live controls, and transfer ready WAVs over USB-C.

No setup maze

Normal use does not require Terminal, Homebrew, Python setup, or coding tools. The app is built as a native Mac utility so the SP-1 workflow stays in one place.

Release file lives on GitHub

The DMG is attached to the release instead of the Code tab because it is too large for normal GitHub repository files.

Prepare. Preview. Transfer.

SP-1 Utility is for getting from a song or stem folder to a device-ready album without leaving the Mac app.
